Working Process of A Fully Automatic Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Plant

1. Pre-treatment System

All kinds of waste tyres are available, from small car tires to big OTR tires. While if the humidity is higher than 20%, we also need a dryer to dry the raw materials first. However, the oil yield of different tires will be a little bit different. Then we employ a steel wire pulling machine to pull out the steel wire from waste tyres automatically. In order to improve the pyrolysis efficiency, we also need a shredder machine to crush the waste tires into pieces, like 30-50 mm.

2. Feeding System

The tyre shredder is a single and fully automatic system, which is directly connected to the feeding system of the continuous pyrolysis plant. In this way, it is easy to make sure the safety and working efficiency of workers as well.

3. Pyrolysis System

Through the spiral feeding system, the shredded tyres will first go through the multiple pyrolysis reactor to be pyrolyzed into oil gas. And then the oil gas will be cooling down to liquid oil through the cooling system. Meanwhile, the residues  (carbon black) will be pushed by continuous feeding tyres to the carbon black discharging system. The reactor is heated by using coal, charcoal, fuel gas, wood, etc. The oil gas will be produced when the temperature reaches about 100℃. In order to keep an even heating temperature, the heating source is connected to the pyrolysis system through the combustor, while the reactor is heated by hot air to prolong the life of the reaction kettle of the automatic continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant.

4. Condensing System

The oil gas out from the reactor will go to the condensing system and become liquid oil. The cooling system is also an important part of a continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant, which matters the oil yield. We adopt the best condensing system to make the pyrolysis oil cool sufficiently and make the oil yield to the maximum. Meanwhile, the gas which can’t be liquefied under normal pressure will be designed to go back to the combustion system as the fuel for the reactor.

5. Discharging System

Our waste tyre pyrolysis equipment discharges at the end of the reactor. Besides, there is a circulating water cooling system to make the carbon black or other residuals cool soon. Besides, through the magnetic separator, the steel wire and carbon black will be separated, and transported into the storage tank.
