Oil Sludge Pyrolysis Treatment Process
1. Dry the oil sludge first, or it will cost a lot of time and energy before pyrolysis.
2. Transform the oil sludge to the pyrolysis reactor. When the temperature rises to 200 degrees, the oil gas will be generated. During the pyrolysis process, the manifold can separate the light oil from heavy oil. The light oil will rise into the condenser to be liquefied, and then be collected in the oil tank.
