Waste Oil Distillation Process

1. Feed raw oil and catalyst into the distillation reactor with a pump. It will take about 1.5 hours.

2. Heat the reactor by using fuel oil, LPG, natural gas, coal as well as pyrolysis oil. With the temperature increasing, the water vapor is generated (140 ℃). When the temperature reaches up to 140 ℃, the light oil gas will be produced, especially from 320-370 ℃. The oil will be stored in the oil tank after the cooling system (about 80 ℃). Meanwhile, the combustible gas will go through the water block. After desulfuration, it will be used as heating fuel. In this way, you can save some fuel costs. Self-sufficiency is also a great feature of the Beston pyrolysis plant. The whole distillation process will last about 20 hours.

3. After sedimentation filtration, it will be mixed with the decolorizing agent and carclazyte. There are three tanks for the clay treating process. Then you will get qualified fuel oil.

4. The exhaust gas will be discharged through the de-dusting system. It includes a spraying system, activated carbon adsorption, etc. Through this system, the distillation plant will be pollution-free. Below are the main parts of the plant.
