Waste Plastic to Diesel Process
Firstly, you need to get the plastic oil after the plastic pyrolysis process.
The plastic to oil conversion needs high temperature. From 100℃ to 250 ℃ is the preliminary stage. The light oil gas shall be released at 100 ℃ and fluid oil shall be released at 120℃. From 280℃ to 350℃is the top output rate interval. Oil gas will be collected into the manifold, heavy particles and oil will be gathered and liquefied in center of the manifold and drop down into the heavy oil tank. The lighter gas will rise up to the multi-functional oil condensers, then be liquefied into oil and stored in the oil tank.
Then the plastic oil refining process starts.
First, the plastic oil will be transported to the reactor by the oil pump.
Second, Burn the fuel material (coal, or wood, or natural gas, oil ) in the combustion system. The reactor will be slowly heated. When the temperature rises up to the relevant degree, the oil will start to boil and evaporate.
Third, the oil vapors will then go to the distillation tower. Here, a series of reactions under the action of catalyst and distillation technology will happen. The oil gas will be purified and its quality will be greatly improved.
Last, the purified oil vapors will go to the condensers and be condensed to liquid oil. Some of the vapors with shorter hydrocarbon lengths will remain as gas. The gas that can not be liquefied will be processed by the hydroseal system and then be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel.
